History

Theobald Construction began as a general contractor in 1993. Karl Theobald founded Theobald Construction as a custom builder and since that time has constructed well over 300 custom homes. Theobald Construction is still building custom homes today and is recognized as Osceola County's No. 1 Quality Builder. In 2001, Mr. Theobald and Ken Sampson joined forces to form Theobald Commercial Construction Group. Today, the Theobald Commercial Construction Group develops and builds retail and commercial properties and provides renovation services throughout Central and Southern Florida areas.
